- It is important to note your monthly ovulation period in the
calendar.
- Prepare nutritionally prior to a cycle of IVF.
- Avoid coffee, smoking, heavy lifting, strenuous exercises, sun
bathing, hot tubs, Jacuzzis, and hot baths.
