Preparation:
Ear, nose, and throat conditions should be treated first.
Hearing test is performed to document any hearing deficiency.
Eardrum will be examined before surgery using a special operating microscope.
Chronic sinus or nasal problems such as severe allergies must be cleared up or
controlled prior to surgery.

the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and
will not qualify for the package:
